About us

The Briarwood Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 230-bed short and long term care facility serving the community since 1964. It has been under new ownership since March 1, 2004. Many of our staff members are from the surrounding communities. Briarwood enjoys a dedicated staff that has been with the facility for many years. Our philosophy "Care from the Heart^"  recognizes that real care comes from a sense of understanding, empathy and love.
The Briarwood Care and Rehabilitation Center is licensed by the State of New Jersey and a participant in the New York State Medicaid program. We accept Private, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and most third party insurances.
